Ally’s Bootcamp offers the perfect combination of fun and serious, hard work! Every class is different. However, there are some commonalities amongst all of the classes and to some extent you know what to expect, but the drills are different each time and that’s what keeps it interesting. "I joined Ally’s Boxing Bootcamp because I wasn’t being challenged enough at the gym. I needed to increase the intensity of my workouts and Ally’s provided the kick I was looking for. I knew I wanted a challenging, nonstop workout and that’s definitely what I got. My biggest challenge was definitely my balance and coordination. I overcame this challenge by sticking with the classes and really concentrating on my form while carefully listening to the instructors.
